07-08.06.2019 The III National Congress with International Participation: Planning of the Family And Preserving the Reproductive Health of the Nation was held in Kiev.
The congress was held under the guidance of Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, MD, Professor T.F. Tatarchuk, who summarized the modern approaches in the treatment of PID, in particular the use of the anti-inflammatory properties of Distreptaza.
The scientific program was very rich. A large section was devoted to the issue of the life quality and the reproductive health of women with endometriosis. Prof. Thomas Romer spoke about the management tactics for endometriosis.
Separately T.F. Tatarchuk and Ewald Boschitsch, the Head of the KLIMAX Menopause and Osteoporosis Clinic in Vienna, focused on the reproductive health of women in the age aspect, and paid attention to menopausal hormonal therapy according to the new data.
On the second day of the conference, dedicated to obstetric and gynecological monitoring, EMAS 2019 news was covered.
The great interest had the report of the L.V. Kalugina, MD, who focused on the treatment of endometrial polyps according to clinical recommendations with an individual approach. In particular, she shared the use of Distreptaza in the early postoperative period to reduce pain, by eliminating inflammation, preventing the development of hemometera and, subsequently, relapse of the underlying disease.
