30.05. 24, an online conference “Intolerance to lactose and gluten in children and adults at a consultation with a gastroenterologist and dermatologist” was held, where Maryna Rodionivna Anfilova, MD, PhD, President of the Ukrainian Academy of Dermatovenereology (UADV), dermatologist, and Head of the Department of Pediatrics No. 1 at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, founder of the Nyankovsky Healthy Child University, member of the Board of the Association of Pediatricians of Ukraine, member of the Board of the Association of Pediatric Gastroenterologists and Nutritionists of Ukraine, pediatrician Serhiy Nyankovsky, presented cases, the main topics of which were:

1. Clinical manifestations of lactose intolerance in the gastrointestinal tract in children and adults

2. Basic treatment recommendations for detecting lactose and gluten intolerance in children and adults

3. Can gluten affect the course of focal alopecia? Combination of Alpena and Natubiotin brands in patients with alopecia areata
